Congratulations to all our BDSA Aldi MiniRoos Teams & Clubs on another successful Hub Day at Morshead Park Number #2 Hub was the best yet. A big thanks to everyone who helped with set up & pack up, your support is greatly appreciated and helped ensure the day ran smoothly. The BDSA look forward to more volunteers helping out at our next Hub Day on June 18th. We are all here doing our best for the kids as the BDSA believe the football development path and football future for Ballarat children begins with our BDSA ALDI MiniRoos. Thank you for your continued support, participation & encouragement. Check out the game day photos on the BDSA Facebook page.
City of Ballarat is currently working with a number of organisations and the local community on the creation of a new master plan and business case for the Wendouree West Recreation Reserve. The draft plan proposes the construction of a new community hub to house Forest Ranger Soccer Club, the Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre and an outreach site for Ballarat YMCA. The proposal also includes a significant redevelopment of the soccer facilities with pitch resurfacing, drainage and irrigation, and the installation of floodlights. The draft plan sets out a vision for the future and is scheduled to be complete by the end of May 2017.
